Membership with HelpCloud Tech Support includes a comprehensive support package that keeps your data and devices secure and safe while also providing unlimited 24/7 go-to support. You can call in or chat with us directly from your computer’s desktop and we will help you resolve your issue.
Our membership is month-to-month with no contractual obligation, you can cancel at any time. The membership cost is $29.97 per month, beginning one calendar month after your initial setup.
How it works: the $50 fee today is an initial setup fee. After purchase we will contact you by phone, connect and upload our partner software as well as our proprietary software. The initial setup includes a computer clean and a rundown of how our services work. We will contact you via phone during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST.
